This class is for someone who has never before taken a pole dance class or has just started their pole journey! Join us to learn basic forward and backward spins, climbs up and down the pole, essential floor work, as well as universal dance transitions. In this class students learn to preform various spins and poses and then tie them all together in a flow sequence up and down the pole as it spins around. Taking Beginner Pole 3 - 5 times beforehand is strongly recommended!
Ready to go upside down? This is the class for you. Created for those who are already working on basic spins & climbs and want to take it to the next level. You will learn to enter, execute, and exit basic inversions. Taking Intro to Pole 3 - 5 times beforehand is strongly recommended!
INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED INVERT
If you are comfortable with all your beginner level inversions, we're ready to take you to the next level of strength and grace. In this class we raise the bar with more advanced inversions and holds. Approval of one of our instructors is required.
This class will teach students a choreographed routine using the chair as a prop. The routine can be anywhere from sexy and showy to lyrical and raw. Students find their own personal style as to how they interpret their relationship with the chair. Skill requirement: NONE. All levels welcome!
AERIAL FLY GYM
Fly Gym is an aerial fitness system that utilizes comfortable, adjustable fabric slings suspended from the ceiling. It incorporates elements of aerial arts, yoga, and Pilates. This system is designed to help participants enhance their body awareness and core control, increase joint mobility & flexibility, strengthen both deep and superficial muscles, and enjoy spinal decompression. Skill requirement: NONE. All levels welcome!
Students learn how to use active stretching to help lengthen and strengthen their bodies and as a result become more aware of their alignment and capabilities. Proper stretching helps prevent injuries, increase energy and contributes to the body being in balance. Skill requirement: None! All levels welcome!
