Mila has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years as a personal trainer and group class instructor. Her client base ranges from teenagers to retirees with different fitness levels and health challenges. She is very passionate about helping her clients to achieve their goals through a healthy lifestyle. Mila fell in love with pole dancing 4 years ago after her very first class when she realized what a great resistance workout it is and how much it challenges her athletic capabilities. As a former ballroom dancer, pole dance allowed her to rediscovered the beauty of movement that was lacking in all other workouts.
If you've never taken a pole dance class or have just started your pole journey, you'll feel right at home in this class. Learn basic spins, climb up (and slide down!) the pole, rock out some essential floor work, and start developing your personal pole style. Instructor approval is required to move on to more advanced classes. There's no skill or upper body strength required for this class, just come dance with us!
